Technical Services Company was founded by Walt Rafacz, an electrical professional with nearly 60 years of industry experience. While spending 40 years with Pennsylvania Power & Light (PP&L), he also operated his own electrical testing company, serving organizations across Pennsylvania and surrounding states. The professionally maintained equipment used throughout his career is now available as he enters retirement.
